An order can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team through Contact US page by selecting “Cancellation” option displayed in the ‘Message Subject’. Enter the order number and other necessary information related to the order in the space (Message) provided and send it to us. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
We look for every possible means to accommodate your cancellation request. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. will cancel orders under following scenarios:
Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
Non-serviceable locations
Restriction on the quantity ordered
Incomplete or inaccurate address
Identified fraudulent scenarios
