Ride-hailing service created to effectively link drivers and passengers. We value the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we gather, utilize, and safeguard your personal information when you use our User (Customer) and Driver apps.
Profile Information: When you register as a driver, we collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, and other information you provide during account setup.
Location Information: We collect precise location data (e.g., GPS coordinates, routes traveled) to enable real-time driver tracking, which is the core functionality of the App. This includes collecting location data in the background (i.e., when the App is closed or not in use) to ensure passengers can track your location during ride coordination. A persistent notification is displayed while background location tracking is active to inform you of ongoing data collection. You will be prompted to grant location permissions, including “Allow all the time” for background access, before this data is collected. If you deny background location access, real-time tracking features will be disabled.
Communication Data: We collect messages or other communications you send through the App, such as interactions with passengers or support requests.
Transaction Data: Information related to rides, such as ride history, payment details, and trip distances, is collected to facilitate payments and service operations.
Device Information: We collect device details such as device ID, operating system, and app version to ensure compatibility and security.

For both the Driver App and the User App to work effectively, real-time location data must be accessible.
