How to Request Data Deletion

We provide a mechanism for you to request the deletion of your data, including your account and associated data, or specific data without deleting your account:

Request Process: Email us at support@vantos.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Specify whether you want to delete your account, specific data (e.g., usage analytics), or both. Include your device ID or account details to help us identify your data.

Response Time: We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion, unless additional time is required for complex requests.

What’s Deleted:

Account Deletion: Deletes your Firebase Authentication account and associated data (e.g., ride requests, roles in our database).

Partial Data Deletion: Deletes device-specific data (e.g., Firebase Analytics data, crash reports) without affecting your account, if requested.

Firebase Deletion: We use Firebase APIs to delete data, such as resetting Analytics data, removing Authentication accounts, or deleting database entries.
